The problem
A pharmacy with a single store assistant was struggling to manage medicine delivery orders, blood test bookings, and customer communication simultaneously. The store boy was spending most of his time managing messages instead of focusing on actual door deliveries, creating bottlenecks, missed orders, and poor customer experience.
Our solution
We automated the entire customer-facing operation over WhatsApp. Customers place medicine delivery orders and book blood tests directly via WhatsApp. A custom CRM manages all orders, tracks delivery status, and handles WhatsApp marketing broadcasts for offers and promotions, freeing the store assistant to focus entirely on physical delivery.
