Hindustani classical music has hundreds of ragas, each with distinct melodic structures, ascent-descent patterns, and characteristic phrases. Identifying a raga by ear requires years of training, making it inaccessible to students and enthusiasts without a guru.
Our solution
Shruti Darpan is a progressive web app that listens to audio input and identifies the raga using machine learning analysis of melodic patterns and note frequencies. Built as a PWA for accessibility across all devices without installation.
