An independent astrologer was managing 1000+ kundli report orders per month manually over WhatsApp, taking orders, following up, delivering reports, and tracking payments all by hand. The process was completely unscalable and consuming time that should have been spent on the actual astrology work.
Our solution
We built a fully automated sales pipeline that handles the entire order lifecycle. Customers place kundli report orders directly via WhatsApp. The system manages order intake, tracks progress, and automatically delivers the completed kundli report back to the customer on WhatsApp. A custom CRM gives complete pipeline visibility, from new order to fulfilled delivery.
