Constituency Intelligence Knowledge Graph
An ontology-driven knowledge graph that maps a constituency, its people, issues, institutions, and influence, into queryable intelligence for independent politicians.
The problem
Independent politicians and their teams operate on fragments. Voter rolls, local issues, institutions, and influence networks live in scattered documents, spreadsheets, and people's heads, with no structured way to understand a constituency or decide where to focus limited time and resources.
Our solution
We model the constituency as a formal ontology and build a knowledge graph that links demographics, local issues, organisations, and stakeholders. It surfaces influence networks, issue clusters, and underserved pockets, turning fragmented ground reality into a queryable picture that drives outreach and governance decisions.
What we built
- Domain ontology modelling people, places, issues, institutions, and relationships
- Knowledge graph linking demographics, local issues, and stakeholders
- Influence-network and community detection across the constituency
- Issue clustering to reveal underserved areas and emerging concerns
- Natural-language querying over the graph for non-technical teams
- Built for independent candidates working without party machinery
